Cross training in Virginia

This past weekend, the Shim's Martial Arts Academy from Union, NJ spent a weekend training with former Olympic Gold Medalist Arlene Limas and her team. It was great spending time with other athletes from a different part of the country. The athletes from Union, NJ spent a lot time honing in on their skills ahead of the upcoming tournaments.
